Taking time for me and making sure I was caring for my body with my crazy schedule. - JF
I wanted to be/live a healthy lifestyle to feel better with all of my issues. - JM

How did these concerns impact your daily life or well-being?
Working as a trainer, I spend 12-15 hours per day working with clients and teaching. My lack of nutrition and difficulty saying no to people made it so hard to focus on my eating habits. When I knew I wasn't seeing results in my own training, I knew there was a huge missing piece to the puzzle. - JF
I wasn’t feeling my best, and I knew the way I was eating was the culprit, just never knew the right way. - JM
I wanted to be healthy going into my senior years and not be diabetic and take medication. - JL

How has nutrition coaching positively impacted your health or lifestyle? Are there specific changes you've noticed in your energy levels, mood, or overall well-being?
I have never felt more confident and more energized. Considering I was eating very little protein and calories before, I can't believe the results I have seen just by eating more and focusing on the quality of what I'm putting in my body. I have seen incredible performance goals being hit (almost 10 pull-ups) AND I have dropped 2 pant sizes to the point where my leggings don't fit. - JF
It has changed my lifestyle completely. I am now familiar with the foods I need to eat more of and less of, I have better portion control, and I do have a lot more energy. - JM
I have more energy , am more alert and my clothes fit better. I also do not have acid reflux anymore. - JL

How has the support and guidance from your nutrition coach contributed to your success?
I owe everything I was able to accomplish to Rebecca as my coach. We always said, even coaches need a coach sometimes and she always went above and beyond. I knew even if we didn't have a call, I could reach out to her with questions or she would always check in with me. She give 110% to the clients she works with and that is why I have been as successful as I have been able to be. - JF
She’s given me ways and led by example what I need to do to be successful. - JM
Rebecca is a good listener , she takes the information I give her about my likes and dislikes and gives me suggestions on foods and recipes that are good for me and that I enjoy eating. - JL

How has improved nutrition impacted your daily life, including work, family, and social activities?
I now, not only, have more energy to do my job as a personal trainer, but I have the energy and desire to do things outside of work. It has also motivated me to want the people in my life to experience the same things that I have been able to. - JF
Definitely have more energy and motivation to get all my workouts done in the mornings and meals planned and less buying out. - JM
I sleep better , I am more structured and deliberate in my food choices and meal planning . It makes my grocery shopping easier from the grocery shopping list my nutritionist plans for me . Since I am more prepared with meal planning and grocery shopping I am eating out a lot less. - JL

Have you noticed changes in your relationship with food or how you approach meals?
Before working with Rebecca, I used to think I had to eat less to get where I wanted to. I would go through ups and downs of not eating enough or eating too much and never felt good about myself. Now, the greatest thing I can say is I appreciate the food my body needs and will ALWAYS listen to it. - JF
I do, and I was always feeling like I couldn’t enjoy certain foods that I loved, but I’ve learned I can in the right portions or at the right times. I’m always looking for the healthy options automatically when before I would always want to splurge and I don’t crave that stuff anymore. - JM
Yes I notice I don't stress eat or bing eat because of my planned healthy meals and snacks I feel satisfied and don't have cravings for fried foods or sweet foods. - JL
